TRANSFORMED INTO RIGHTS.

Human Rights do not belong to the past; they are there in the future, drawing the intentionality towards them, feeding a struggle which is revived with

each new violation of the destiny of Man.

Because of this, every claim made in their favour has meaning becasue it shows

the PRESENT POWERS

that they are not

OMNIPOTENT

and that they do not have

THE FUTURE CONTROLLED."

So every violation requires strict vigilance and

INTERNAL INVIGILATION!

each and every human being is a part of the whole and any part of the whole cannot appropriate rights as if they belonged to themselves and not the others especially if the others were made INVISIBLE by the systems which HIGHLIGHT THE VISIBILITY VOLUBILITY AND VENALITY OF SOME WHILE ironing the others into the oblivion of no need to be obligated to or even a modicum of that quaint quality called NOBLESSE OBLIGE if one will, but act and appropriate as though they and they alone are 'the representatives of an established system which is taken as justified'

It is obvious that to OBVIATE AND ALLEVIATE UNIVERSAL AGGRIEVANCES IT IS NECESSARY TO

INSTITUTIONALIZE

HUMANNESS

HUMANIZATION

HUMANENESS

it is not a quality one should be born with

but a quality one must be 'borne' with to be a part and parcel of a whole wholistic society.

It is too serious and vital a matter of crepuscular corpuscular and secular society to be left to the SOLE DISCRETIONARY LACRIMOSE SENSATIONALIZATION OF FEELING BY
